razvy Posted May 3, 2020 Share Posted May 3, 2020 Hi, A lot of customers are complaining that they are getting the error "Invalid email address." when trying to fonalize the order. After a lot of Hotjar monitoring, I have found out that the issue comes on mobile because some mobile devices are inserting a blank space at the end of the previously stores email address of the user when autocomplete is used (almost always!). I am using the Supercheckout module from Knowband. How can I make Prestashop ignore the blank space at the end of the email address? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
