select the type of address when creating an address (delivery / billing)

We're a B2B company, we provide dealers with products and dropship on their account as well.

Because we all know customers tend to make mistakes when placing orders, we're looking to:

- add a radio button when creating an address to tell us if this is a billing or shipping to shop address or dropshipping address.

- when selecting a shipping address in the checkout process, only the "shipping to shop" and "dropshipping" addresses will display, for billing address, just the billing address list will display.

- we need on the back office and delivery slip, a field above the shipping address saying either "shipping to shop" or "dropshipping"

This option should limit the errors sending orders to the wrong address and alert our customer of the necessity to pay attention to where he wants us to send his order.

We've been looking for that kind of module everywhere without success.
