How to fix specific product stock - SYNC UPDATE

Hello,

I can't find a way to fix stock of a specific product or of several specific products.

There are thousands of products imported and updated automatically, but I need to put quantity in stock manually and the stock do not update by the module / supplier.

Surely there i have to put condition for these products, so that not to synchronize and updated, but how does, anyone know if there is a module for this?

Example: STOCK (0), because the supplier does not have it, but I do have it and I want to put STOCK (5), yes, I add in stock, up to here, but then it returns to STOCK (0) because the supplier has it out of stock and the module synchronizes it via XML.
