Problems with Back Office after Rollback and Restoring Database

I recently rolled back my site version to 1.7.6.2, and in the process lost a lot of my database information that I had to pay my hosting provider 70 dollars to restore. After the painful process of restoring nearly every table, the site is now available(in maintanence mode), but the back office well....looks like this. I don't know if this is a problem with the website files, or a problem with the databse(maybe i didn't restore something correctly). Whatever the case, i'm at a loss.
