Paypal and discount coupons - error

Hi.

I have a problem with the paypal module installed on the latest version of prestashop 1.7.6.5.

When the customer completes the order by inserting the voucher and paying with paypal it generates an error in which the discount is not recognized by paypal but the credit on the account is successful.

This is the error: Error code: 10486; Short message: This transaction couldn't be completed.; Long message: This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal .;

I searched and it would seem an error connected to the lack of "sufficient funds" on the part of the buyer, instead as mentioned above the transaction is performed, but perhaps it conflicts with the discount coupon.

Anyone have advice to give me?

Hi, 

We are having the same issue, but just when the cart contains a gift.

So the other voucher it isn't aply.

Voucher TEST is equals at -20 €

Did you managed to solved this? We have the same problem. The solution has been found! The coupons are working at www.vouchers4u.com.
