One thing she needed to do was update some shipping information on various quantities. After explaining where to go over and over via the phone, I learned she doesn't have the same structure of tabs. Where I have: Basic Settings | Combinations | Shipping | Pricing | SEO | Options She has: (my bold for emphasis) Basic Settings | Quantities | Shipping | Pricing | SEO | Options I even gave her my login information to see if it was a permissions issue.
