Paypal completing - but no order created in Back office

Hi - Its a strange situation - we dont seem to have done anything to our Paypal module yet a really strange error has been created.

Customer completes their order and chooses paypal - completes his paypal payment - (paypal send the payment email to us) but Pretashop has not created the order (invoice etc) in the Back office.

Can see the cart in Customers, Carts - and if clicking on that cart PS states "no order created"

Now this error has only just begun and 1000's of previous paypal payments have been made without problem.

Any shead in light and info on this - would be most welcome to hear your comments.

Can you provide the link to your site, the PS + paypal version?

Based on your description, I want to say it is related to folder / file permissions.

PS Version = 1.2.4.0 - 4.168s

Paypal version is V1.6

(we configuring up PayPAL API V1.0 at the moment to see if this will resolve the issue - we do perate with SSL as well.

Doesn't look like permission issue.

I did'nt think it was - but it was nice of you to get me to check it.

Our ISP has already checked the server setting to make sure they had not done anything though.

So we have changed one site over to Paypal API - but we got an error when we switched on the sandbox mode. - with it off it worked ok

Any ideas on that issue ?

We changed both sites now - and now we wait to see how it goes.
