moulios
Hi, I have installed and used Prestashop Checkout module. I tested it and also received an order and seems that everything worked correctly. Since yesterday customers complained that they cannot buy the products as the checkout process could not recognise cards and payments. I tried to reset the module and restart it, but 2 problems appeared. 1st problem is that PayPal account sign in is constantly "Loading" and I cant do anything. 2nd problem (when after a lot of new restarts and resets 1st problem dissapeared) was that after the sign in with PayPal and confirmation that everything was correct when I was clicking on the button the error appeared in the attached image appears. How can I fix that? Does anyone else has the similar error with me? Thank you guys
Janett
You can contact module authors on Help subtab on PrestaShop Checkout configuration page, there is a mail address to send message to support.
moulios
I have already sent an email but thought it may be quicker if is something with the code so just to add/delete something and fixed. I have now managed to sign in (override the previous problem), but now stuck on sychronization. I do not know if I need to do anything (maybe a preference or a confirmation in my Paypal account), or just need time to sychronize.
Janett
I think it’s a trouble with API not code here, so it should be fixed on their side Edited April 29, 2020 by Janett (see edit history)
