Problem with client login form and user registration form

Hello to all the community delighted to be here. If anyone can help me out with a problem that has come up suddenly. I have a problem with the clients login form and the registration form has disappeared fields where to enter the data.

E looked with the element inspector and seen the data has the type = "hidden" attribute, I think it must be some configuration that has changed in the control panel, but I can't find where it is.
I use version 1.7.5.0 of prestashop and my website url is https://teaandinfusions.com.
