Problem - Updated Shop ULR and now can not log in to admin panel

i Updated Shop ULR and now can not log in to admin panel//

is there away to amend it back to what it was without loging in to back office / Admin

or is there any way that i can rectify the issue./

i am on 1 .6.1.20

the attached picture is what i get and every time i give the usser details it just refresh and comes back to this

please help
