COURIER CHARGE:Product order is a mix from multiple suppliers adding second, third carrier baseline pickup fee

My couriers pick up products directly from about 6 distributors(suppliers) and then ship them to the customers.
With each pickup at a distributor my courier company charge $10-15 respectively after which the sliding scale kicks in according to kilograms and gets added to this base courier cost.

My dilemma is this.
When a client's order necessitate pickup from more than one distributor I need an additional baseline courier cost to be added at say for instance $10-15 dollar per different distributor to that clients courier charge.

I operate in a high volume low margin industry where I can't really increase my prices to recoup the courier loss.
There is also many low priced object where profit margins is about $1 where a courier loss will mean a total loss on sale.
Thus to have this feature is turning into a critical requirement for my shop.

In short I need Prestashop's shipping module to recognise that an order is from two or more distributors and add a baseline additional fee per supplier to client courier fee.
