Pdf problem

Good morning. When accessing the orders in my PrestaShop 1.6.0.1 I give the pdf icon to generate it and I get the following error:

When the hours pass and the afternoon comes, a mom arrives who generates the PDF files without problems.

It has to do with the last connection, the current date or the cache
