Features /Options linked to Product list

Hi,

I'm looking for a module to have a list of features based on a product list - with stock allocations to it. The reason for this as an example is to have a "build your own" product. So lets say a customer buys a car, but they want to choose mag wheels, those wheels though are linked to a product, and a stock quantity for those wheels. 

I hope this example works and makes sense.
