Customers seeing other customers cart

Hello and thanks in advance, willing to reward whoever is able to help.

In my web, since few days ago, customers in my store see others people cart. My first thought was cache issues so I tried flushing and disabling cache. I also updated all addons and Prestashop to the last stable version. 

When that happens, other customer see my cart. 

Example. Not always exactly the same.

Customer 1 has nothing in the cart, adds product AAA. Customer 2 has nothing in the cart, adds product BBB. 

Customer 1 checks and there's nothing in the cart. Customer 2 see AAA and BBB. 

Customer 1 adds again the product AAA and then he has 2 AAA and BBB. Clear the cart. Customer 2 during the time added BBB again and tries to checkout. Payment fails because the cart is emptied. Crash.

And even worse, if the cart is cleared while the other customer is in the payment gateway, the payment is accepted but PrestaShop doesn't show the order.
