[Solved] Centre and right column disappear when add an address or my voucher is clicked

Guys,

Bit of a strange one here with V1.2.5 Could anyone shed some light on it.

When in 'My Account' and you want to add an address, you click the link and both the centre and right column disappear.

This also happens when the 'My Vouchers' link is clicked.

Any advice appreciated.

Edit: It was old numb nuts here...... permissions again!
