No puedo acceder al back office

Hola!

He instalado la versión 1.7 de prestashop con xampp sin problemas; he borrado la carpeta install y cuando quiero entrar al back office, no accede, vuelve al menú donde tengo que ingresar el email y el password.

He probado a modificar los valores del "defines.inc"; del debug, cambio los valores de false -> true; que he leído que ahí podría estar el problema, pero ahora me sale este error:
