Prestashop horizontal menu theme “Health life”

I have bought the "health life" template for prestashop.
This template has a module called horizontal menu and it works like this:

   
 Home
    |
    v
    Society
    AboutUs 
    Contact 

But I want add a right third submenu for each submenu, like this

    
 Home
    |
    v
    Society
    AboutUs --> Who
    Contact     Where
                When

Anyone know this template, please help me?

Hi,
You have to add "who, where..." subcategories under "About us" category. Then module will automatically will show like you said.

Are you sure? I have tried as you have said. But it shows “who, where…” under "contact" submenu like a normal second level submenu!
