Footer issue

Hi All

I have been running for a good few years now  no real issues  until a few days ago when a customer said he could find the link in the footer to access his details,  I thought this was a bit strange until I had a look and found this,  (image below)   I have reduced the screen size to fit it on a screen shot

My thoughts are how can that happen  and how can i fix it?  also the links under information  are no longer clickable

 

Im ok doing images product edits banners and stuff along with basic code editing (following instructions) hopefully there is a simple solution
