COURIER GOES BACK TO FREE COURIER

Hi everyone, 

I need help with my courier. 

I purchased  Delivery by distance/time MODULE in which i can calculate courier payment base on distance. 

What happen the order goes back to FREE COURIER after payment done and it makes the payment become error .. 

Can anyone guide.. 

The flow will be 

1. Customer choose product and checkout.

2. On Shipping method, the PAID COURIER will be selected. 

3. Customer proceed to make payment .

4. payment done with Internet Payment Gateway. Up to this step the amount show will be with PAID COURIER.

5. After payment done, the amount in front office changed to FREE COURIER and the payment becomes error .

 

Any idea why ... please help
