Changing frontend text

Hi all,

I'm 100% new to prestashop having been using JOOMLA for the past 10 years BUT changing and finding what to change in PRESTASHOP is causing me a headache as I have no idea what i'm looking for but i've looked in tpl & php files in the different modules.

i'll explain. The (temporary) site is at www.santarosaliaestates.com using prestashop 1.7.6.4.

I've checked the backoffice and I can't see where i'd change it and i've also looked for the individual files TPL and PHP ... but no success...

Basically I don't know how or where to look for changing the following TEXT into spanish

If someone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

So basically how prestashop works is thru "Modules" or "Blocks of content"

Each visual element on prestashop online stores is a modules. So on your home page, you will have a module for: 

• Store Menu
• Welcome Banner
• Best seller products 
• Customer Assurance block etc....  

To change the text on those modules, you will have to change the translation of those modules. 

In you backoffice, go to IMPROVE>>INTERNATIONAL>>TRANSLATIONS (if your backoffice is in english) or IMPROVE>>INTERNACIONAL>>TRADUCCIONES.

Look for the section that says MODIFY TRANSLATIONS or MODIFICAR TRADUCCIONES.

• In type of translation select: THEMES TRANSLATION (TRADUCCION DE TEMAS) 
• Now select the theme you want to change
• Select your language from the dropdown (I guess its going to be Spanish), and click modify. 

You will be able to change the translations there for:

• Log in bar
• Product Galleries or Sections
• Menus
• Newsletter Block

 

BUT... for the one that shows the little truck "FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS...." You will have to change it in MODULES>>MODULES MANAGER>> and look for "CUSTOMER ASSURANCE"
