PrestaShop 1.7.6.4, Notification Icon does not resett

Hello,

 

using PrestaShop 1.7.6.4,

everything works.

 

But in the Back Office, top right corner, where your notifications with Last Orders/Messages, my Icon does not resett and always claims there is something. When I click on it, no Messages, No Notifications, no Last Orders that are not marked.

What could it be, that is triggering it?

I checked Configure -> Shop Parameters -> Merchant Expertise if "stupid" "Goals" are triggering it.

Somehow the number of my Icon counter is 13, and the Feature Count is 13. Does it have anything do with that?

Would really help me, because I hate "small bugs" like these.

EDIT: I found the reason for it.

Configure  -> Advanced Parameters -> Administration

Ive set Notifications On for Messages and Orders, but deactivated it for Customers.

But, he still counts the deactivated numbers into the icon.

So the issue is, that PrestaShop Devs need to exclude these datas, if the setting is deactivated!

Whom in the world cares for new customer accounts, I only care for real stuff Messages - Orders!

As I can see the Total number of customer messages in Customer Service are counted for the notifications, whether they were already handled or not.

The issue, in my case, is visible in the top right corner notification area, and also in the favicon if the Order Notifications on the Favicon module is activated.

The options the that triggers the problem are:

Advanced Parameters > Administration > Show notifications for new messages

Order Notifications on the Favicon module > New messages
