Store Manager software allows exporting selected products, has flexible filters and you can even choose exact fields for export, there's a free trial for 2 weeks for testing

StoreManager option is good advice.

Store manager in a higher version can have more stores at a good price.
Programming the module will cost you the same price around $350 !!!
Note that variants / attributes must be exported / imported .....

Store Manager allows importing products as well. if you need it for one time, the trial is a good option

Price is for one domain.
You need to multiply the number of domains.
So count yourself how much you need to buy modules that may not meet all your requirements.
If you don't have the resources, enter the products manually.

as I said they are only chosen products, there will never be more than 50 chosen products
