Friends,
already tried all that within the mail folder / en and that there is no mail, there will be no other place?

This email talks of the stock, to be where the stoke is zero, you get an email informing you that we have to replace the stock in question understand?

Hi,

Please check in your back-end to see you have correct configurations for sending email to customer:

Back-end => Ordrers => Statuses

#1. Check that you enable the function to send customer an email when order status changed or not.

#2. Check you set correct template for email content for certain status.

Friend that it's all right ...

The email that I speak are not the emails that customers receive only what the store manager receives the email says:

The product Bento Kronen - CLASSIC DINNER 20kg is currently out of stock.
Certainly, the decline of stock 3 was exceeded.
Inventory Left: 0
You are recommended to open the product page on the Back Office in order to replenish their inventory.
