I understand.
In this case, you will need to request remote assistance.
Send access to cPanel and FTP.
There is a demand section.
I apologize, but you can't advise in this way if you don't know what to do.

Do not post to the post, but send it via private message.

It is possible that not all files are uploaded, the database is not imported correctly, the database is from another version of Prestashop, etc.
You must write detailed information.

I understand that you want to do a clean installation?
No product and customer transfers?
I can help in three hours at the earliest.
You upgraded to 1.7.6.4 and now want to go back to PS 1.7.6.3?
Sorry, I do not understand much 🙂

Yes right, I want to install everything from the beginning, for customer data does not yet exist. Yesterday I installed PS 1.7.6.3, and tomorrow I installed it clean to PS 1.7.6.4 ... I hope this is successful. Later if there is a problem I ask again .. Thank you very much for helping me .. ^ ^

Before a clean installation, you will need to remove all tables from the database and all files from the FTP.
Then the zip folder and index.php are uploaded to FTP.
Enter the store URL in your browser.
The Prestashop installer will unzip the zip folder and follow the instructions.
Prestashop creates a parameter file by itself, do not write it yourself.

1. Download the PrestaShop version to your computer
2. Open the downloaded zip folder
3. Extract prestashop.zip and index.php from it
4. Upload these two files to FTP
5. Enter your store address in your browser
6. the installation will take place

I think not install in XAMPP, will be a lot of bug problems and this will waste my time.

I directly install PS 1.7.6.4 on Hosting and BOOM..

Within 30 minutes all finished smoothly and quickly..

Sorry I'm still learning about Prestashop.. ;)

Hi,

Not sure were the Xampp comes from but just as a sidenote:

Esp. if you are new to Presta - having a 'trial and error' version on a seperate machine can be a good idea.

You just need to mirror your live server environment, when you are finished with setting things up you can transfer it to your server, no bugs, no problems and certainly not a waste of time.

XAMPP is a good choice for testing.
Unfortunately, he mentioned it at the end of the thread.
You need to find out what version of PHP is installed in XAMPP, what extensions it needs, etc.
There is always a system recommendation for each Prestashop version.
I personally prefer WAMP.

Im installed PS 1.6 with Xampp 3 years ago, but now I install PS 1.7 with Xampp which is quite difficult. To install the latest xampp requires high requirements like win 10, and an internet connection must be there. In my village there is no internet connection, maybe this is what makes Prestashop unstable. I gained a lot of knowledge in this forum, Thank you all
