JohnADK
I have not found this topic in a search of this forum section, where I would assume such a topic should be found. There was a post telling to be sure to change the order status, but I have changed the status and still have the issue.I'm using version 1.3.7 and in the process of setting up shop for the first time. Catalog is working and I then tested my first order, working through the process, but when I try to print a delivery slip, the header is there, but there are no items listed. I continued through the process anyway and finally produced an invoice and the item was listed there just fine.I suspect that I am missing something in configuration/setup? but don't see what it is?Anyone have any suggestions?I've attached a screen shot of the Delivery Slip containing no items. barakas
Hi JohnADK, I've had this issue as well. Does anyone know what the root cause of this is? Is it caused by an issue in the database or by some module conflict?
JohnADK
Hi JohnADK, I've had this issue as well. Does anyone know what the root cause of this is? Is it caused by an issue in the database or by some module conflict? Hi barakas, I have moved on since then, currently upgraded to 1.4.5.1 and left this issue behind. I don't recall if I ever solved it or not, but it's not an issue anymore. I found that by upgrading, I kept reducing issues, so I've made it a priority to follow the upgrade path. And now, they have implemented an AutoUpdate feature, which works really well (only a couple of hiccups - well documented in these forums). I have not had the Delivery Slip issue since.
