Mega menu module issues

Hi,

I just recently started working for a company that uses prestashop for their stores and was trying to understand how they run the stores. I have noticed that for the home page main menu at the top they are using weba bootstrap mega menu module. It seems pretty straight forward, but when trying to add a new menu bar it just doesn't appear in the store and it is impossible to make any changes. 

Ive added screenshots of the problem, in the megamenu module it is set up to have the extra menu bar, but it doesn't show up on the website.

Any help?
