Same product with different prices and qtyfield?

Hi, I've a problem setting same product with different prices and qtyfield.

See Screenshot attached (that was my previous website developped in ASP, where I programmed a few years ago and now I wanted to transfer it to a more modern and secure platform like PHP (prestashop).

It is sold in different packages, ie. 250 g. € 20 and 500 gr. €30, etc.

So the customer can choose the type of packaging and for each the quantities of the product he needs by making a multi choice.

I have spent days trying to figure this out. If anyone could walk me through how can I implement this feature, I would be forever grateful.

Is it possible that there is no one module that does this?

Do I need a module for that?  If so - suggestions?
Can someone help me?  Thank you in advance.

It's true but I cannot create a multi quantity field! At Attribulte Type field I can choose only Dropdown List, RadioButtons and Color or Texture. This means that for each product I can do only one choice, for multi choice I need to add at Attribulte Type field also the Quantity option.
I'll try to explain better: ie. I've T-SHIRT item with SIZE attributes (S, L and XL) and I want to buy Qty 2 T-SHIRT size L and Qty 1 T-SHIRT XL. I cannot do multi choice and add all them at cart.

Yes, I know but there is not option to type quantity for each. I need that the customer can choose the quantity for each option and then add to cart in one time. I need to change Radio Butto with Quantity Field. See screenshot.

I tried also creating a PACK of PRODUCTS but even here I have the same problem, the quantities are predetermined and the customer cannot choose it...
