Can this be done with Prestashop?

Hi all,

I'm considering using Prestashop as an alternative shopping cart solution and wonder if something like this can be done with the core code, via an addon or by editing the templates using ajax/js.

If you go to http://www.thevintagepearl.com/products/rectanglenamesonachain_p15 and see how the form changes when selecting the number of charms displaying the additional text inputs based on the selection.

I'm afraid u cant do that with prestashop's default engine. U should "hardcode" it a little
