PS 1.6 Multistore combinations disappearing

Hi all!

I'm having problem in my client's prestashop 1.6 with multistore (actually it's the same shop but main is for Polish customers and other is for customers from other countries):

During creating multistore I cloned all products from main shop to new shop, so my client had all products and he just had to translate them

Now when he adds new combination with colour and size to main shop and then when he's doing same thing on other shop the combination doesn't show on other shop, what is more the same combination disappears from main shop.
