Customer register

Hi All,

 

When my customer registers on my website they are just getting a white blank page and cant go any further unless they press the refresh button, now i am not very technical and will need help how to sort this.

Can anybody help?

Prestashop version 1.7.5 my domain name is amatory.co.uk

Hi, you get white page after try to register?
You have modify the registration with custom fields? This happens sometimen when prestashop lost some fields from registratio.
Example, incorrect name or match from table in db.

when you get 'white screen' then you there is error.  enable ps debug mode, recreate issue to get error.
