can't upload shipping api

hello, I did not know were else to place this so I'm trying it here.

I'm trying to upload the wuunderconnecter module for shipping but when I try to  upload  it I get an error saying oops upload failed try again... if I after that reload the module manager page it gives me a 500 internal service error. I managed to manully remove the module from the files in my hosting so my site works again but I would really like to use this module. 

 

I'm using version 1.7.6.4
