Static Pages 404 Error

Hello,

I have Prestashop 1.7.6.3 and having problem with the static pages I've created under Design / Pages. If I disable the Friendly URLs, static pages will work but if I enable it, I am getting 404 error. I've tried to regenerate .htaccess file but no luck. I've been searching about this for days now but nothing have worked that's why decided to ask community. 

As an example I have a delivery page so should work with the link www.domain.com/delivery but not. It works as www.domain.com/index.php?rewrite=delivery&controller=cms when I disable the Friendly URLs. I've checked the Traffic/SEO page and there is {rewrite} next to "Route to Page" wondering if it's relevant to change this or not.
