Guest
Don't know how to view files on FTP? Do you know what FTP is? An error with modules can also be caused by missing translation in the database.

Guest
I already wrote it. On FTP, where Prestashop is installed, you must open the "var" folder and the "logs" subfolder. You will delete all files in the "logs" folder. In the eshop you refresh the error page again. Then you return to FTP in the "logs" folder and upload all the files that are created there to the forum.
