Module backend homepage for download attachment

Hi every body I have no idea for create a module for prestashop backend where I can view all attachment uploaded.

I want to create my own query sql to get all the attachment, beacuse I have create a table where each attachment is associated to an employee.

Also I'd like to have a link for each attchment to download it.

Is this possible?

This module allows you uploading attachments, assign them to any number of products at once, restrict the access to files per customer groups and etc.
