Logged in users can't procede to checkout order

Prestashop version: 1.7.5.2

After logged in user complete step 1(account) and step 2(addresses) of checkout order, they can't move on to the third step (delivery). When I submit the addresses form, the page reload without doing something.

I tried the debug mode but no errors showed up. Did anyone face this issue?

it's best to post your url so community can test.  you can delete it later.....also put more than 'help' in subject so maybe somone recognize the issue.

Problem solved! I noticed that there were some missing fields into the address form marked as required. I went to customers settings -> addresses and then I removed them.

enable PS debug mode to get actual error.  also you should always open a new topic as your issue is not related to this topic....and more people will see your post.
