removeing small gap below header and above columns

this is driving me crazy. i want to remove a small gap that is below the header and above the columns. i cant find where in css it is? i am using PS 1.3

if you are using FF you can get the extension firebug which will let you view changes to css ....
Look at your source to find the area that has the space, look at that div id in the css and reduce padding and/or margin
