Products not displaying in orders

Hi,

I've searched the forums and found a number of threads on this already however non of the fixes have worked.

I currently have version 1.3.1.1 installed and have designed & added all the products to the website only until did we get orders coming in did we relise we had a problem! When a customer orders and we goto print the invoice or view what they have ordered nothing is displayed!? it shows us the total amount they have paid but noting in the product/attributes part.

I have installed the magic button script which allows me to click and it then shows the products however this only seems to work on my Macbook Pro or other Apple machines all the Windows / Microsoft based machines we use the button does not exist!?!?

As for the mysql database fixes I have attempted these fixes also but the parts I need to edit do not appear to be in my database and I have little experience with this.

can anyone help if we can get this button to show up on microsoft/windows machines this will be fine! so if anyone has an answer for this please let me know or anyone who can fix or upgrade prestashop without losing all the products/design and modules that have been added to this version please PM me or email me [email protected] I am willing to pay to get this sorted ASAP.
