Product not available in page layout

Hello, here I am faced with a rather annoying problem: I would like to display double columns on the products page as well as on my cms pages, but I do not have the possibility of doing so, because the product does not appear anywhere ...

I wondered if I could work around the problem by hooking directly into the displayLeftColumnProduct, but nothing helps, my menus do not appear.

I think the problem stems from the fact that I migrated from 1.6 to 1.7. I checked if this problem existed on a site created directly in 1.7 and that had a product in the layouts.

How do I make product appear in my column choices and display the columns on my cms pages?

I am on version 1.7.6.3.
