Can't upload products via prestashop importer

Hi,

We are recently getting a problem with our product importation and would like to know if there is any solution for this please? I attached a screenshot so that you can get an idea of what I am talking about. Our hosting is Siteground, the cloud version and since we are getting this problem we tried to increase the values in our php.ini, which didn't change anything.

upload_max_filesize = 15M
memory_limit = 2048M
max_input_time= 300
max_execution_time = 6000
max_input_vars = 12000
file_uploads = On
post_max_size = 15M
