prestashop carrier not shown

hi 

i have a wondrous problem with prestashop 

 

i have migrate products and all the content from and old prestashop 1.6 to 1.7 

 

which mean i import content to a fresh installation

 

the problem is the carrier UK standard shipping not appear on checkout whatever i do , i delete and create it many times

i have a another carrier , free shipping , local delivery , appeare

 

the wondrous thing here , when i enable free shipping for the UK standard shipping carrier they appeare , 

i dont know what to do 

i have a rule when the price is greater than 75$ provide free shipping , 

and in the old store worked well , 

please help

no replay but may that help someone else 

 

in the database ps_carrier , i set deleted to 0 

and 

shipping_external to 0

and worked , calculating price 

apply the free shipping rule

all good , 

i think i have these troubles  because the store installed on en-us , but cause of browser issue with /en/ i remove eng us and leave only gb 

so that make troubles on my store , another issue related , i fix it , the products description not appear , because the ps_products_lang on database description assigned to lang id 1 which i already remove , it , a big mistake and fixed now ,same with tinymce editor not showing  everywhere , i go js/tinymce/lang and duplicate en.js to gb.js 

all seem to be okay now
