Prestashop 1.7.6.3 + Xampp PHP 7.4 [ ERROR 500 ]

Hi , partners, I have a strange problem or issue with prestashop,   I did a fresh and clean install of prestashop on localhost using XAMPP latest version,   everything for the moment works like a charm, except, when I activate to ask DNI field in address customer information, when you fill those fields and clic on "SAVE" , it shows me error 500 , the same error that I have in the production version of my page ( which have prestashop 1.7.5 and not the 1.7.6 ) in both pages shows me error 500 ,     more strange is when I deactivate the dni field,  the error 500 persist. ( screenshots )

 

Another thing is the right content in some areas move itself behind the left menu =S ???? ( screenshots )

And some menus are interpolating behind itself. ( screenshots ) 

Seems to be a buggiest version, nobody report this before ?

Prestashop is only compatible until PHP 7.2. - you need to use older XAMPP versiopn

oh I see the chart right now, you have reason ! ,       one another question, you know how to ask or to add DNI field in registration form ?
