unick Posted April 6, 2011 Share Posted April 6, 2011 hiI have installed Mail Notification 2.2, Prestashop 1.4.0.17After order been placed a customer gets an e-mail with order details, but admin receives blank letter!How can I change so admin will get all details as well?ThanksNick[sOLVED] apparently there is some error in PS 1.4 - I copied mailalerts from PS 1.3.1 and now everything works perfect!Thanks for help anyway - it's always nice to know that here is always someone who helps and cares )) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
shokinro Posted April 6, 2011 Share Posted April 6, 2011 make sure you have added mail template for the languages you are using at your storethe mail template should be at YourSiteRoot/modules/mailalerts/mails/ Also please check if the folder/file permissions are set correctly.
