santolla
I have looked all over the internet, and can't find an addon for prestashop that will allow my customers to change the theme on the home page of my site. Does anyone know where I can find this?Thank you!

santolla
I found nothing! I have been making prestashop themes, and it's not a brilliant idea to create a brand new shop each time I want to demo a template. So i'll just have to use screengrabs! Not brilliant! I can't believe there is nothing. All cms and shopping carts have this function. Bizarre!

santolla
That's awesome, but i can't get it to work. I've installed it via module installer, added it to the left column but shows partly up top and down by the right side where the drop down works, but doesn't switch the templatehttp://www.templatesbyeshopalot.com/prestashop11-1.4.1/Thank you! Dreamtheme
The link you provided, switcher work for me. However you have to install it on every theme you want to be in the switch. And it is a good idea to remove live_edit.tpl from there cause will brake the switcher. About positioning, you cannot put it in left or right column cause there is no hook for there. The hook is for Header. ofc you can modify hooks, and to change css, open tpl file and edit first 3 lines.
