On a previous version of PS, I would receive the "new_order" email template when a customer placed an order.
The customer would receive the "order_conf" email template.
On PS 1.7.6.2, I am receiving the "order_conf" email template, not the "new_order" template.
My email logs do not even show the "new order" email being sent to me either, but it used.
How can I change the settings so I receive the "new_order" email template?
The "new_order" template is located in the PS_EmailAlerts module.
The "order_conf" template is located in the theme's module.
SOLVED - For anyone else who may have this problem, I fixed this issue by resetting the Mail Alerts module.
It seems that if modules fail after changing the theme, resetting the module sometimes fixes the issue
