Clueless...debugging and Stripe...

Hello,

I am a complete novice with Prestashop, yet I believed that I was making progress in configuring my shop, and was a few days away to going live.  I have zero developer capabilities and know no coding.

Problems began when I downloaded Stripe as my payment method, and constantly got the message "unfortunately there is no payment method available".

I am using version 1.7.5.

Having no clue as to what I was doing, I cleared the cache and the debugged my site.

Now, my site is completely blocked; I cannot turn the debug setting off.  In fact anything I try to do results in the below screens:

 

 

How do I PROCEED?  I simply want a functioning website, and preferably one on which I can use Stripe as my payment method.

Please let your response be as plain as possible, because I have no coding abilities whatsoever.
