500 Internal Server Error

Hello,

I have a problem with the access to the orders at the back office of PrestaShop.
The error message that i got was :

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Is there easy solution?
In fact I have a problem to find a way to contact directly PrestaShop.
Could you suggest something? I have waisted already a lot of time trying to find a solution...

Hi,

Looks like some module might be the cause, try disabling modules relative to order or creating extra fields.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Unfortunately I was struggling with the problem since one week so in the evening I have decided to reinstall everything. Hopefully I will not get the same message after redoing everything.
