(SOLVED) Page did not redirect, after successful registration process

Dear Community, 

Thanks for your help in advance.

 

I realized the registration process got an error :

1. Customer fill in their information 

2. Click "Save"

3. Customer account successfully created in our backstage, however, in customer interface, the page did not redirect to "my account" or "homepage" after the registration process

4. Customer try to press "save" again, as they thought the registration process is not done 

5. Then the system will show "The email is already used, please choose another one or sign in"

I have also this problem -when client is connected instead of my account page it shows empty page like there is something missing- how to solve this?

do you have recatcha module configure in your prestashop installation?

In mine case that was the problem because it wasnt congigure the module and with debug mode the problem was found

I don't know what it is recatcha -if it is a module it looks like I don't have it. do you know french name for it?

it s google module for extra security at registration of the accounts.Also use debug mode ,you will find it at advance parameters- perfomance menu,

I don't have this module so it must be something else. Before I have asked prestashop support about this problem and they told me it is something with my theme kidshop because it is ok with theme classic and they told me to ask developper of my theme and I did but after 5 days no answer...so I am looking on forums...

finaly the theme developer fixed this problem for me, I had to wait few days but now it is well done:)
