bnadauld
Does anyone know if it necessary to backup all the directories and files in app/cache from my server? I usually clear my cashe from the backoffice then back them up but after years of PS use there's a hell of a lot of files in the dev/prod/pro directories. Are they even needed? fbenoist.com
It is not necessary to save the app/cache directory. The content of the app/cache directory is automatically regenerated by PrestaShop according to its needs.
Mr Rick
You can just delete the /var/cache OR /app/cache as it will be regenerated.

Mr Rick
You can delete whole /cache directory and it will be recreated 😊
