reymarcus
Hello. I have a problem with my local Prestashop. I have installed Prestashop in local with Xampp. It wokrs great, but it is something wrong with the options menu (selects in HTML) in the Admin Panel. It looks that way. https://ibb.co/ryT8dk6 The curious part is that i also have a hosting that allow me to install Prestashop with only one click (Click and build). With that option, it looks the right way https://ibb.co/0fb1vHQ How it is possible? Did i do something wrong in local? I didn't try to upload my local Prestashop to my hosting, but in theory it has to look the same. PD: Sorry for the images, but the post didn¡t allow me to insert them properly. CalameroJu
Though I can't see your first image of the problem, I guess I have the same problem with my local installation on Laragon. That's what it looks like for me (I'm french, so some texts are in french on my screen). If it can be usefull for someone to help us. To add precisions, in my situation I cannot select anything, it is just stuck like this. I'm using Prestashop 1.7.6.3 with - PHP : 7.4.3 - Apache 2.4.35 - MySQL 5.7.24 Edited February 23, 2020 by CalameroJu (see edit history)
NPO
Is the environment exactly the same (xampp same as sserver), same php versions, same php settings etc etc? Is it just a "look" thing? i.e. does it work, can you select anything or does it not work at all? Which versions are you using? Could just be an alignment issue... reymarcus
Hi NPO. Apparently, seems like it's a Xampp problem, because i tried WAMPP and works perfectly. Some incompatibilty, perhaps? I didn't check the version of the server, but i assume it's the latest, like my XAMPP version. It wasn't only a look thing, i couldn't select anything. Anyways, thanks for the help. I hope this post helps someone with the same problem

Other option, like NPO said, is trying to change the PHP version on XAMPP manually. I hope this works for you. I tried the first option and works fine. JBW
It's a PHP problem - Prestashop is only compatible up to PHP 7.2 - downgrade and it will work
