raicap
After updating prestashop to version 1.7.6.3 the appagebuilder module no longer works as it should. When I enter the composer screen, it is no longer possible to edit the lines, which remain a non-clickable light blue color. Anyone have any ideas about it? JBW
Have you upgraded your theme/the related modules as well? For me there is a icon bar with a edit button when hoovering over the item:
raicap
Yes, this should work, but in my case the popup doesn't come out. I have locally installed the same platform with the theme and the same components with xampp and it works.
NPO
Hi, same php version? I've come across one prob like this and had to change php version. (Remember to manually clear /var/cache before you check).
raicap
The local version is 7.3.10 and the online version is 7.3.14, but how do I clear the cache, am I going to advanced parameters and then performance?
NPO
php 7.3 ? That will cause problems - for Presta 1.7.6.3 highest should be php 7.2 and that caused a probl with one of the appagebuilder modules - went down to 7.1 and everything worked fine. 1.7.6.3 needs a little extra help in clearing cache. You need to manually (e.g. ftp) delete the /cache directory in /var/cache - it will regenerate automatically. At that point it's best to also clear browser cache and then try again.
